Access to Higher Education Diploma – Business


Our Access to HE Diploma in Business is an exciting NEW course for adult students who want to gain intellectual skills required for studying at degree, or similar level, in university or college. It’s an intensive one-year programme.


You will study finance, economics, business mathematics, information management, marketing and market research, formation of contract, ethics and people management. You will also undertake an extended project to understand the way businesses are organised and managed. The inclusion of report writing and seminar paper presentations will sharpen your writing and public speaking skills.


Entry requirements: You must be aged 19 or over. Successful completion of the level 2 BTEC in business or a related area, GCSEs at grades A-C and/or a college assessment.


Possible next steps: Higher Education programme, such as an HND, Foundation Degree or Degree.


Length of course (weeks): 36 Hours per week: 14 minimum
