The Big Hospitality Conversation The British Hospitality Association created the Big Hospitality Conversation to bring young jobseekers and businesses together. Young people who have been in the same situation and now have a rewarding career speak about their experiences too. The initiative has been running for
three years and has already changed the lives of thousands of young people. So far it’s created 67,000 pledges of new apprenticeships, jobs and work experiences for 16- to 24-year-olds. Over 2,000 businesses, including
famous restaurants, hotel groups and tourism attractions have pledged their support. So why not join us at our next Big Hospitality Conversation?
