In 2012 Golden Bear will be bringing the iconic Mini into the world of toys with its Go Mini range. There are many different styles with


features and individual names – from Go Mini Crew-Zers and Go Mini Freestylers to Wolf, the fierce RC Rally Car. The Mini Stunt Racers perform their own stunts and the Go Mini stunt launcher is also available.


Golden Bear also has a new pre- school range for Bananas in Pyjamas, including plush, plastic and feature toys; play-sets, dominoes, sketchers and The Bananas Playhouse. The famous theme tune features in many of the products.


The firm will


also be launching a Poppy Cat and friends range in autumn/winter with plush, plastic and play- set toys based on adventures from the pre- school show.

Frankie Firetruck is the latest recruit to join the My 1st Talking team – with five phrases, flashing light and sounds. New for 2012 is the On Site JCB range which features vehicles and accessories and two playsets. The Crane Play-set and The Rock Loader Play-set can be attached together to create an even bigger JCB world. This year sees one of the world’s great sporting events come to London. The Olympic and Paralympic mascots Wenlock and Mandeville will be one of the main features on the Golden Bear stand, with the company’s full


range of toys and gifts


on show. Wenlock dances to the beat of the official mascot song, with Winning Wenlock also available in the style of the Union Flag. A range of plush and


plastic Pride the Lion mascot toys will be flying the Team GB flag on Golden Bear’s stand.

Following the launch of the Eureka Toys brand, Brainstorm has plenty of new products to add to it in 2012. It includes the Earth from Space Globe, which automatically illuminates the cities of the World as seen from space. By day the 22.8cm diameter globe shows political boundaries and natural features. In the dark a night- time view of major conurbations and cities illuminates the globe. My Very Own Rainbow is a light


projector that uses multi-coloured LEDs to display rainbow colours on walls and ceilings in a darkened room. It also includes a rainbow crystal which, when hung on a sunny window, refracts rainbow colours around a room. The My Very Own Kaleidoscope


Projector includes three disc cases and brightly-coloured components which are inter-changeable and can be used to create images and patterns on walls and ceilings.


The Outdoor Adventure Microscope


is part of the Eureka Toys Outdoor Adventure range. It has 20x to 40x magnification, built in illumination and a lanyard, for portability. Outdoor Adventure Binoculars are pocket-sized and light-weight with 4x magnification and built in compass. The pocket-sized Outdoor Adventure Dynamo Torch has two LED bulbs and a hand crank to generate power.


Other additions to the brand include the 30cm and 50cm Inflatable Globes of the world and a new 50cm Animal Globe with 272 illustrations of animals from around the world. Space Picture Viewer and Dinosaur


Torch and Projector are new additions to the Natural History Museum range. Picture Viewer includes three discs, each with 24 NASA space images. Also on show at Brainstorm’s stand will be new additions to The Original Glowstars Company range of products.
