Procedure: In a metal beaker, mix ingredients A1 to A3 with a dispersing blade while heating up to 80°C Add to batch ingredient A4 , stir until fully dispersed. Then add one after the other the ingredients A5 to A8, ensuring good homogeneity between each addition. Finally add A9 and leave it under stirring until its complete incorporation (no more visible particles). In another beaker, mix and heat together the ingredients of Phase B up to 80°C using magnetic stirrer. Once both Phases are homogeneous and at the right temperature add Phase B into Phase A. Add C1 and C2 in order just before the filling of the silicone moulds. Leave them still for five minutes then place them in the freezer for 30 minutes. Properties pH (1% in water): 6,0-7,0 Viscosity (20°C ): NA (solid) Appearance: Green solid with visible exfoliating particles Stability Test: 3 months 50°C, 40°C and RT
