Procedure: Add water to main vessel and heat to 65-70°C. Sprinkle in magnesium aluminum silicate and mix for 15 minutes. In a separate vessel, mix Phase B. Remove Phase A from heat, and add Phase B to Phase A while mixing. Add Phase C ingredients one at a time while mixing. Add Phase D and mix.

Procedure: Premix Phases A and B in separate vessels. Heat to 70-80°C. Add A to B and mix rapidly for three minutes. Keep at 60-70°C. Add components of Phase C to the beaker and heat up to 70-80°C under mixing. Add Phase C to AB and mix until homogeneous. Add components of Phase D in order when at 50°C. Pour to mould while keeping the balm at 50°C. Properties Stability Testing: Two months at 4, 20, 40, 50°C and cycle
