Procedure: Pre-dissolve Keltrol® CG-RD in phase B, then add RonaFlair® Balance Blue. Heat up phase A and disperse Eusolex® T-PRO in the molten oil phase while maintaining a temperature of 75-80 °C. Heat up phase B to 75 °C. Add phase A to B while stirring. Homogenize. Add phase C below 40 °C, and homogenize again if necessary. Properties: Appearance: beige lotion (o/w) pH (23°C): 7.1 Viscosity: 22,000 mPa.s (Brookfield RV DV-II+, Helipath spindle B, 10 rpm) at 23 °C Stability: 3 months at 40 °C, FTC (-5 °C to 40 °C), 5 °C, RT and 1 week at 50 °C

Procedure: Heat water to 60°C, dissolve Disodium EDTA. Disperse remaining ingredients of Phase A one at a time until fully hydrated and uniform. Heat to 75°C. Combine and heat Phase B to 75°C.
