Procedure: Heat phase A around 75-80°C until complete melting of the solid components. At 75°C, add phase B and stir at 500 rpm for 5 minutes. Cool down and around 45°C, add phase C as indicated order under stirring. Increase stirring speed to 700 rpm and maintain for 15 minutes. Slowly, add phase D and stir at 700 rpm for 20 minutes. Add phases E and F, previously prepared, under 700 rpm stirring. Add one by one of the phase G ingredients and stir at 700 rpm for 15 minutes.

Add the mix E under emulsifier 1500rpm, 10 minutes. Heat A to 75°C. Emulsify A inti BCDE under emulsifier 2500rpm, 10 minutes. Cool down to 35°C under gentle agitation. Add F materials under gentle agitation for 20 minutes. Check the pH.

Procedure: Weigh out water and with mixing heat to 65°C. Sprinkle Weylcare ATBS into the vortex with mixing. Mix until lump free and hydrated. Weigh out ingredients in Part B and heat to 65°C with mixing. Add Oil phase to Water phase with mixing. Start to cool. At 40°C add MultiEx HumiD- Max Plus with mixing. At 40°C add MultiEx HumiD- Max Plus with mixing. Add Easysafe GC8 with mixing. Cool to Room temperature. Properties Appearance: White Glossy lotion pH: 5.5 – 6.5 Viscosity: Brookfield RVT, Spindle #6, 50 RPM, 2 minutes, 21C. – 2500 – 4000 cps Stability test: Passed 3 month at 4°C, RT, 40C, 45°C, 2 weeks at 50C
