2025 marks four years since Boomerang Partners began operations. During this time, we have rapidly established ourselves as one of the leading affiliate gambling and betting marketing agencies globally. We are committed to continuous development and are interested in mutually beneficial cooperation with affiliate teams, particularly in the sports sector. We now have more than 3,000 affiliate partners, and their number continues to increase. Each of them can count on a personalised approach and access to top analytics and modern technological tools.
PASSION FOR SPORT
Boomerang Partners’ work is inspired by sport and the passion and reach it brings. Te iGaming industry is as ambitious as the world of sports is, which is why we understand the needs of sports fans and offer them relevant experiences and products. In 2024, we achieved five times growth in the online betting segment for brands in our portfolio and six times growth in sports betting offers. Te retention rate among sportsbook users was 81 per cent, and product user growth increased by 1.5 times. Tese are impressive figures, behind which lies a well-thought- out, results-oriented strategy. Partnerships are a crucial component of this strategy, particularly our alliance with AC Milan.
AC MILAN - A BENCHMARK OF MODERN PARTNERSHIP
In the summer of 2025, we celebrated the first year of our strategic partnership with AC Milan. Boomerang is the Official Regional Partner of this famous football Club. Our collaboration has become a benchmark for how a modern iGaming brand can create value through sport, going beyond standard models. With shared values and ambitions, we can set big goals and create new horizons for business and sport.
During our first year of partnership with AC Milan, audience interest in sport-related topics increased by 81 per cent, and loyalty to the Boomerang brand rose by 23 per cent. We held three branded merchandise giveaways, over seven PR and influencer collaborations, and approximately 15 collaborative events. Our partnership garnered over 300 global media mentions and achieved over 15 per cent growth in organic branded search. In addition, the company’s brand portfolio saw an unprecedented increase in interest regarding online promotions covering AC Milan matches. Te partnership with AC Milan has increased our brand visibility in the industry and reached an impressive audience, with the Club’s global fanbase of over 550 million people.
Te Golden Boomerang Awards are already one of the top events of the year in the affiliate marketing industry, and we will continue to make this tournament even bigger and more prestigious. GOLDEN BOOMERANG LEAGUE
On September 16-18, Boomerang Partners will attend the SBC Summit in Lisbon. Tere, we will present the Golden Boomerang League. Tis is our new tournament for affiliate teams, where both our existing and new affiliates can participate. It will be a great platform for them to increase their traffic, revenue, and expertise through tournament support and increased visibility. Each participant who has completed special tasks will be admitted to the prize draw. Te main one will be automatic participation in the Golden Boomerang Awards 2026. Tus, the winner will be able to enter the elite circle without a nomination or without making it into the top 30. Tey will be invited to attend the exclusive awards ceremony at a top location.

GOLDEN BOOMERANG AWARDS
In 2024, we held our first Golden Boomerang Awards, our annual traffic tournament for affiliate teams. Te launch of this unique initiative was driven by our desire to provide the industry with the missing piece of the puzzle. Te Golden Boomerang Awards provides affiliates from all over the world the opportunity to showcase their expertise in a highly competitive environment and get the recognition they deserve. For us, this tournament is valuable because it allows us to
build a loyal community of affiliates. From 2024 to 2025, their number has increased by 120 per cent. At the same time, we achieved sports traffic growth across our affiliate ecosystem by 194 per cent.
In February-May 2025, we held the second season of Golden Boomerang Awards, which was even bigger than the first and established Boomerang Partners as one of the leading sports-oriented affiliate marketing agencies in the world. Te number of participants increased from 226 to over 400. As a partner of AC Milan, we held an awards ceremony at Milan’s iconic San Siro stadium. It was attended by the top 30 affiliate teams, influencers, journalists, and industry leaders.
AC Milan Legend Andrea Pirlo presented awards in 11 categories. Additionally, guests had exclusive access to the AC Milan Museum and a charity auction hosted by Pirlo.
