What's the story behind CreateFuture’s growth from 50 people to 500+ in five years, and your remit to expand the company within iGaming?
Our DNA has fuelled our growth. At our core, we’re problem solvers who happen to have deep experience across multiple industries. We aren’t tied to any particular tech stack, and that enables us to create entirely bespoke solutions tailored to our partners’ challenges. We love a challenge, and it’s always been about putting people first and attracting diversity of thought with some of the brightest minds in the business.
Tis approach, combined with our tech-agnostic stance, has been the driving force behind our growth – taking us from 50 to over 550 people in the UK in around six years. It’s been an incredible journey, transforming us into a world-class digital transformation consultancy focused on helping businesses move faster and smarter with products and technology. We’re incredibly proud to support world-leading brands, such as FanDuel, Flutter, and Fanatics, alongside giants from other sectors, including Adidas, NatWest, and SkyScanner.
While our experience is broad, we are a secret weapon in iGaming for brands that need to accelerate, innovate or transform. We provide the strategic product and engineering support that helps world-leading operators supercharge their growth. A great example is our ongoing partnership with FanDuel, which supported them during their massive acceleration in North America.
We became deeply embedded in their team, with our experts working across hundreds of work streams to help them build, manage and optimise new products and services. With a partner so focused on customer experience, our goal was always to collaborate on achieving the best possible outcomes for their players, regardless of the technology.

Tat brings me to my mission here. My remit is to extend this transformative and collaborative approach to a broader audience within the iGaming world, helping more brands achieve their goals with an emphasis on business outcomes.
CreateFuture emphasises being an ‘embedded extension’ of clients. What does that mean, exactly, and how do you maintain deep collaboration without causing dependency?
Ultimately, we want to leave our partners in a better position than when we began our journey with them. Te entire organisation at CreateFuture is centred around understanding what the strategic goals of our partners are and ensuring that we deliver outcomes with them that meet or further those aspirations. It’s about unleashing their potential through strategy, product-led thinking and technology.
Te first steps for us as an organisation are to attract, retain, and develop exceptional colleagues who are diverse in their experiences, both in their careers and in their personal lives.
