What emerging technologies are central to Lotus' development strategy going forward?

To maintain our position as the central leader in iGaming innovation, we have set out the Next-Generation iGaming Roadmap. Actively investing in next-generation technologies means we can redefine the player experience and operational efficiency for the next decade. Included in this roadmap is expanding our payment hubs for increased transparency and speed, bringing augmented reality and immersive gaming to players and using AI-driven technologies to further personalise the experience players have on these platforms. Tese are just a selection of the technologies included. Our strategy has always been ensuring that we are operating to our full potential to allow our partners to do the same.

Are there new technologies and products you're excited about?

We have a range of products we are keen to get out to operators in the near future. Crypto and Web3 payments will expand our payments hub, supporting multi-currency crypto deposits, allowing instant withdrawals and blockchain-based KYC to enable unparalleled transparency and speed. As mentioned previously, augmented reality and immersive gaming will bring live dealer and sportsbook experiences to an AR environment, allowing players to interact as if they were physically at the table or in the stadium, to bring the user experience to a whole new level.

We are excited about increasing the use of AI in our own work. AI can deliver hyper-personalised gaming experiences through the utilisation of player behaviour predictions and adapting promotions in real time, meaning the player experience will be enhanced to a whole new level of satisfaction. Predictive risk and compliance automation picks up any issues instantly and we are introducing a cross-vertical gamification ecosystem to unify all operator offerings into a single wallet to increase the engagement across the platform.

Trough the integration of sustainable hosting and AI-powered responsible gaming tools, ESG standards are met whilst players have increased protection. We are extremely passionate about all of these products and look forward to providing operators with the best platforms.

What are your goals for Lotus in the next 10 years?

Trough our Next-Generation iGaming Roadmap with all the products explained above, our vision for the next ten years is clearer than ever: continue to stand as the global benchmark for iGaming excellence. We will look to expand into new markets, develop our products, and ensure we are setting the standards for others to follow. Tis industry never stands still, and we want to make sure that we give our partners that competitive edge to succeed. At Lotus iGaming we want to be faster, flexible and at all times trusted.
