Circa Sports celebrates the launch of Kentucky’s largest sportsbook with a grand opening at The Mint Gaming Hall Kentucky Downs, featuring fan giveaways, exclusive betting promotions, and live college football action on an 80ft. screen.
Circa Sports has officially opened Kentucky’s largest retail sportsbook at Te Mint Gaming Hall Kentucky Downs, celebrating the launch with an all-day grand opening on August 23. Te debut drew sports fans, bettors, and industry figures for a mix of promotions, live events, and a college football watch party.
Te 5,100sq.ft venue delivers a Las Vegas-style sports betting experience in the heart of Franklin. Its centrepiece is an 80ft.-wide LED viewing wall paired with a 31ft.-wide odds board, offering real- time lines and game updates. Seating options include 113 stadium-style chairs, luxury recliners, and three tiers of booth seating designed for premium comfort and optimal views.
Bettors can choose between five staffed betting counters, including an ADA-accessible station, and four self-service kiosks located throughout the property. Te sportsbook also houses a Vegas Stats & Information Network (VSiN) broadcast studio, providing live commentary, in-depth analysis, and gameday coverage direct from the venue.

Te grand opening capped a week of celebrations. On August 20, a ribbon cutting ceremony featured Stevens, Circa Sports VP of Operations Mike Palm, and executives from Te Mint Gaming Hall. Two days later, On3 college football insider Brett McMurphy hosted a meet-and-greet session with fans.
Highlights included a deposit match bonus of up to US$250 for wagers placed via the Circa Sports Kentucky mobile app at the retail counter. Guests were also entered into a drawing for a reserved booth every pro football Sunday of the 2025 season.
Te day concluded with a watch party for Western Kentucky’s season opener against Sam Houston, streamed on the massive LED screen to showcase the venue’s viewing power. Circa Sports Kentucky’s mobile app is available across the state, offering straight bets, parlays, futures, and live in-game wagering, supported by competitive odds and transparent limits.
