On top of that, in-house traders act as the connecting bridge between product, data, and customer behaviour, identifying patterns, building models, and optimising pricing with a depth of insight that external providers rarely deliver.
Another often-overlooked advantage is innovation velocity. When trading is in-house, the product roadmap becomes more flexible. Want to launch a lower-tier tournament in a specific jurisdiction? Want to test a niche market or a unique bet type? In-house teams can conceptualise and deliver those ideas quickly, without being restricted by third-party integrations.
