been very strong for us, and today we continue to grow there not only with partners like Winner, Winmasters, and PariuriPlus, but also with our offices, where we already have more than 300 employees.
Centrivo CRM, and affiliate platform are all being updated and fine- tuned. And within our wider group—Imagine Live, Relum, and Galaxsys—there’s a lot of exciting development happening as well. By the end of the year, we should have some big news to share. I wouldn’t call it “shocking,” but I think it will definitely catch the industry’s attention.
Could you outline Digitain's market presence in Eastern Europe?
Eastern Europe has always been one of our focus regions. In Greece, we successfully migrated Winmasters, which was a big project because Greece is one of the hardest-regulated markets in Europe. In Poland, we work with partners such as LeBull and Betters, while in Serbia, we are with King, and in Republika Srpska with Xlivebet. Each market has its own challenges, but also a lot of
opportunities.By the end of the year, we plan to announce a couple more migrations across the region. So while our presence is already strong, there is still plenty of

space for us to grow further in Eastern Europe.
How has the Centrivo CRM platform been received by clients and what advancements have been made over the last 12 months?
Te feedback on Centrivo CRM has been very positive. Our partners like that it gives them more control and flexibility in how they manage their players. One of the main things we hear is that the platform makes day- to-day operations easier because it brings together so many tools into one place. Over the past year, we’ve been adding new features step by step.
We improved automation for player journeys, added more segmentation options, and expanded the bonus and gamification tools. We also worked on reporting and analytics, so operators can better understand player behaviour and make faster decisions.
Looking ahead, our focus is to keep developing the platform around responsible gambling and player protection, while also giving operators even more options to personalise their offers. So it’s not a static product — it’s something that keeps evolving with the needs of our partners and the market.
