new high torque motor. Temperature rated at 110°F.

The PAB3 features include four-quart plastic reservoir, thermally protected 115v, 3,000 rpm motor with stainless steel shaft, 6 foot power cord and molded plug. Suitable for condensing gas furnace applications. Dimensions: 9.25” W x 6” D x 9.75” H. Capped inlets: 1-1/8” and 1-3/8”, 1” FNPT at base available; Outlet: barbed for 3/8” ID tubing.

J100 SAFETY SWITCH

The J-100 safety switch is a water- level sensing device that is designed to shut down the air conditioning or refrigeration unit in the event of a high water level in the pan or reservoir.

The switch may be wired in a normally open or normally closed position. The kit comes complete with 72” leads and installation instructions. Rated to 250 volts.

J-100 Safety Switch CHECK VALVES

Inexpensive positive-seal ABS plastic check valves prevent drainback from vertical condensate lines into pump reservoir. Inlet is nominal pipe thread, outlet is hose fitting for 3/8” ID tubing.

CONDENSATE PUMPS MODEL A2

The Model A2 condensate pump and reservoir are used primarily to remove condensate water from air conditioning systems, refrigerators, frozen food display cases, coolers, and drinking fountains.

The unit includes a cast aluminum epoxy clad reservoir with an integrally cast pump housing to provide a strong, rugged unit that is non-corrosive, thus insuring long trouble free operation. 2R311 & 2R313 are temperature rated at 150°F and 2R302 is temperature rated at 212°F.

In addition, the top inlet system provides a sump for accumulation of sediment. The unit requires no seals and there are no bearings below the liquid level.

All units are factory adjusted and need not be dissembled in any way to place in operation. Simple removal of a shipping screw places the unit in automatic operation. The oversized motor is splash proof with reserve power for long field service. Dimensions: 10” H x 6” W x 9” L. Discharge is 3/8” I.P.S. female. Motor oper- ates at 3000 RPM.

The only cleanable condensate drain pan traps

Transparent so you don’t have to take it apart to inspect for block- age. Integral inspection port is easily accessed without tools to permit cleaning with the optional brush. Secondary inspection port allows you to clean drain pan outlet inside air handler without open- ing AC unit.

Optional integral 3 pole float switch will turn off unit in case of overflow and can activate an external alarm if required. Suitable for use on standard drain pan with outlets up to 3/4”.
