HIGH EFFICIENCY GAS FIRED BOILERS ON HEAT EXCHANGER RESIDENTIAL APPLICATIONS

The Revolution® is unmatched in versatility. Available in 5 sizes ranging from 62 MBH input to 190 MBH input with a minimum AFUE of 87.0%. Easily combined with an Alliance™ indirect water heater and other system controls for total home comfort. Primary/secondary piping is built-in as part of the Revolution’s design, allowing simple connection to allow temperature and modular systems. The Revolution is the only cast iron boiler available that allows you to directly connect into a low temperature radiant heating system without the use of additional mixing controls. Warranties consist of 1 year limited on entire boiler and lifetime limited on the heat exchanger. Standard features include deluxe insulated jacket, theraltimeter, drain valve, full HSI control package with prepurge and continuous retry for ignition, safety relief valve, differential pressure switch, separate horizontal vent terminal, separate air intake and condensate trap. 3” vent pipe, 8’ minimum, 50’ max. Boiler is shipped less circulator for use with natural gas only. Equiguard® Extended Service Agreements are available for Burnham Boilers.

Minuteman® II combines home heating with domestic hot water in one space saving unit. Its small footprint allows it to be installed in confined areas and closets. This unit can provide hot water at up to 3.3 gallons per minute intermittent draw. Standard equipment includes deluxe insulated jacket, theraltimeter, drain valve for boiler & water heater tank. Tank circulator & tank thermostat. Full HSI control package, safety relief valve, differential pressure switch, transform- er-relay, vent pipe monitor, separate horizontal vent terminal and separate air intake. Warranties consist of 1 year limited on entire boiler, 5 years limited on the heating reservoir and lifetime lim- ited on the heat exchanger. The Minuteman® II combination units are not stocked, but are avail- able upon special order. Please check for lead time. Equiguard® Extended Service Agreements are available for Burnham Boilers. Please specify for LP or Natural Gas usage at time of order.
