MSC Cruises is the world’s largest privately-owned cruise company. Recruitment drive


MSC Cruises is currently in the midst of a recruitment drive and is looking to hire people to fill positions at sea and ashore so it can continue this exciting expansion. The many jobs at sea range

Deck officer


Responsible for: Navigation and the ship’s safety.


Get there: MSC Cruises offers a deck cadet training programme, combining classroom-based learning with vocational on-the- ship training. Minimum age requirement is 18; all A-levels considered.


Cruise staff


Responsible for: Bringing the fun and keeping guests entertained throughout their holiday.


Get there: This role is all about being outgoing, fun-loving and


organised. Minimum age is 18, two years’ relevant experience is required, and five or more GCSEs.


Casino dealer


Responsible for: Dealing games in the casino, from blackjack to craps. Every MSC ship has a casino.


Get there: At least two years’ casino experience – it’s the


perfect role for someone who has worked on land and is now looking to explore the world with their trade. Minimum age requirement is 18.
