Technology is greatly changing travel. From mobile check-in to online booking systems, technology is enhancing the way in which people book trips, as well as their experiences while away. As a result of this expansion in travel technology, the job market is constantly evolving. “In a lot of other industries,


technology is replacing people, whereas in our industry, technology is enhancing what people do,” says Danny Waine, vice- chair of the Institute of Travel
