you need commitment and passion for both the industry and the role. It can sometimes be a challenging transition, to go from school to a working environment, but as long as you’re motivated and willing to learn, it’s a great way to get

There is a move away from the expectation that candidates should have degrees, and this is an opportunity for real-life experience from the get-go. My advice for anyone considering this type of training is to speak to someone at their school or college – they will have
