Procedure: Combine Phase A with mixing. Premix Phase A-1 and add to Phase A. Heat to 70-75°C. Premix Phase B ingredients and heat to 70-75°C. Add Phase B premix to A/A-1 phase materials and mix. Cool batch to 40-45°C. Add C to the batch and mix until contents are uniform. Homogenize the batch at 3000 rpm for 3-5 minutes. Add D slowly to adjust the product pH to 4.0- 5.0.
