Procedure: Phase A : Mix phase A and heat up to 60°C in order to dissolve SymSave® H and Hydrolite® 5 green. Phase B : Pre-paste gelling agents in the glycerin, then pour into phase A once all preservatives are dissolved. Heat up to 80°C. Phase C : Heat up butters and the emulsifier to 80°C. Emulsify under high stirring (2300 rpm) during 15 minutes, then cool down. Phase D: After emulsification add phase D. Phase E : Add one by one when temperature is below 40°C.

Weight phase B ingredients in a beaker. Disperse phase B in phase A under high shear (2000 rpm), and continue mixing for 10-15 minutes. Weight phase C ingredients in a beaker and incorporate. Weight phase D ingredients in a beaker and incorporate.
