Procedure: Combine phase A and heat to 90°C. Mix until everything has dissolved and is homogenous. Remove from heat and add phase B. Mix until homogenous. Slowly add phase C and mix until fully incorporated. Slowly add phase D and mix until fully incorporated. Pour into molds at 75-80°C. Properties: pH: 5.5; Viscosity (spindle 3 / 10 rpm) 1890 mPa.s; SPF (In silico with Sunscreen Optimizer™) 30; The formulation fulfils the 6 weeks stability at 50°C and the 3 months stability at 4°C, room temperature, 40°C, daylight.

Procedure: Phase A: Add DI water into Manufacturing vessel heat to 65-70°C while mixing add protacide Na3 EDTA then glycerin 99.5% USP. Slowly add DL panthenol. Mix until uniform. then add Pro Aqua ISL. Mix well add Protacide PSP belnd mix until uniform. Then very slowly add Protamer Z-10. Phase B: Keeping temp. at 67-70°C and cocoa butter deo. Then add Protachem ISL mix well. Then add Protachem ISP mix until uniform. Add Protaphos CES-P slowly. Phase C: Add Vitamin E USP mix well and then add Tea 99%. Mix until uniform. Cool down and package into desired units.

Procedure: Weigh out Deionised water into the main vessel and add Phase A materials individually, with mixing between additions until completely dissolved. Add Phase B into Phase A and mix until smooth and uniform. Start heating to 75°C. In a separate vessel weigh out Phase C and start heating to 75°C. At temperature, add Phase D into Phase C and mix until smooth and uniform. Add stage 4 pre-mix into the main vessel and homogenise until smooth and uniform. At 60°C, add Phase E to the main vessel and homogenise until air is introduced. Premix Phase F and Phase G separately. At below 40°C, add Phase F and Phase G into the main vessel and mix until smooth and uniform.
