Procedure: Step 1. Prepare Phase A and Phase B, separately, and heat them up to


80-85°C. Step 2. Add very slowly (˜2 drops/s) Phase A into Phase B under stirring, keep the temperature at 80-85°C. Step 3. Stir the A/B mixture at 1000 rpm or maximum speed. Step 4. Cool down to 40°C and add Phase C components. Step 5. Keep stirring at 500- 800 rpm until completely cooled down.

Procedure: Charge Phase A water in the main beaker begin propellor agitation, add remaining phase A ingredients. Begin heating to 75-80°C. In a separate beaker, add phase B ingredients and begin heating to 75-80°C. Once phase B is clear and at temperature, add phase B to A and mix until homogenous. Homogenize 5 minutes. Add Phase C under homogenization. Begin cooling to below 45°C with slow sweep mixing. Add in phase D ingredients individually, mixing in between each addition. Mix until homogenous. Add phase E ingredients. Homogenize until powders are dispersed and uniform. QS phase F with citric acid or sodium hydroxide as needed to pH 6.5-7.5.
