Procedure: Add water to vessel and begin heating and mixing to 50°C. Slowly add each ingredient to the vessel one at a time, in order. Ensure each ingredient added is fully hydrated before adding the next ingredient. Mix until solution is homogenous. Let cool to room temperature, then place into desired packaging.

Procedure: Heat phase A and B separately to 80° C. Add phase A to B while gently stirring. Cool down to 40° C adding phase C to A/B while gently stirring. Homogenize until droplet size is <1 µm and pigment is well dispersed. At 35° C add phase D and homogenize short-time. Add phase E and set pH to 6.5- 7 and homogenize again. Add phase F and cool down to room temperature while stirring. Properties Viscosity: 3,000 mPas (Brookfield RVT, Sp. C, 10 rpm) at 23 °C pH (22°C): 6.9 Stability: 3 months at RT, 5°C, FTC (-5°C- +40°C), 40°C and 1 week at 50°C
