Procedure: Add water to the main vessel and begin stirring. Add Glycerin and stir until dissolved. Heat to 80°C. Heat the ingredients of Phase B to 80°C. Add Phase B to Phase A and homogenise until white and smooth. Cool to below 40°C, then add remaining ingredients, allowing to mix between additions. Check pH and adjust as required. Properties Appearance: White, thin emulsion Viscosity: <5000 cP (Brookfield RVT Spindle 3, 10 rpm) pH @ 25°C 6.0-7.0
