Procedure: Phase A, disperse Jaguar into the water. pH of the water should be between 6,5-7,0-Adjust if necessary with NaOH. Mix 10 minutes. Adjust pH back to 5,0-5,5 with citric acid. Mix 30 minutes. Add remainings ingredients of A one by one. Add premixed Phase B to A. Adjust pH between 5-6 with Phase C if necessary.

Procedure: Heat the water of phase A to 70 - 75°C. Add the sodium phytate. Mix until dissolved. Add the NativacareTM


5600 into the water slowly and


mix at medium speed. Mix until homogeneous. Slowly add the Pureact I-85C into the main vessel. After melting the surfactant, mix for 10 - 15 min and maintain the temperature at 70 - 75°C. Add the Cetyl Betaine and begin cooling. Stir slowly to avoid aeration. Below 45°C add the FoamationTM
