Procedure: Predisperse Avicel in water, then add glycerin while stirring until homogeneous. Add remaining ingredients step by step and at least UV-Pearls and Tinosorb. Add A1 and A2 stepwise while stirring and stirr until completely dissolved. Check pH and adjust it, if necessary (pH 7-7.2). Heat phase A to 75 °C. Premix phase B in a separate vessel and heat up to 75° C. Add phase B to phase A while stirring and homogenize. Cool down while stirring and add phase C and D below 40°C. Check pH and adjust if necessary. Homogenize and cool down to RT. Properties: Appearance: Light yellow milk pH : 6.9 Viscosity: 1000 cP (Fungilab Expert,spindle R3, 50 rpm) Stability : 3 months at RT, 4°C and 45°C

Procedure: At room temperature, mix the phase A and the phase B separately. Heat phase A and B separately at 75°C. At temperature, add B to A whilst stirring. Homogenize using Ultra Turrax (2 min at 11000 rpm). Allow to cool down whilst stirring moderately. Add phase C below 40°C whilst stirring moderately for few minutes. Adjust pH if necessary. Properties: Appearance: Bright and light emulsion. Easy to apply with a rapid penetration time. Leaves a non-greasy protective film, with a velvety finish. pH= 5,3 - Viscosity (20°C): 62 000 mPa.s (LV4; 4rpm)
