Frizz reduction vs. time This study (Fig 3) was conducted to evaluate JDJO for its potential to reduce frizz over the course of 8 hours. Before the test, all groups of tresses
were equilibrated overnight in a controlled humidity chamber 30% RH and the initial post treatment was performed. Humidity was increased to 80% RH and images were taken after 1, 2, 4 and 8 hours. As a result, all oil systems showed a
noticeable increase in straightening hair and improving resistance to spontaneous frizz even under very high humidity conditions compared to that of Control groups. However, after 8 hours Argan, Hemp Seed and Coconut oil groups showed slow and continuous increase in frizz, while JDJO treated tresses showed resistance to spontaneous frizz during the measurement period. These impressive results have led to

The Hair Complex provides moisture
balance for the scalp with proven benefits for hair such as conditioning, heat protection, and anti-frizz capabilities. In fact, latest studies indicate that JD Jojoba Hair Complex-based formulations are more effective than silicone ingredients-based formulations in dealing with most of these hair care woes. Evaluation of conditioning properties of the Hair Complex in wash off hair mask In order to evaluate the potential of the Hair Complex to improve hair conditioning, wet and dry comb forces measurements were conducted by Garcia Method. The Hair Complex-based hair mask formulation was compared to silicon- based (Phenyl Trimethicone and Dimethyl siloxane) formulation as a Reference. Hair masks, 15% (by weight of the tress)
were applied on wet hair, washed and dried overnight. Dry tresses washed 15% SLES at a dosage of 10% were used as Control. Results (Fig 4) showed that in both studies
the Hair Complex based formulation shows excellent hair conditioning effect.
