Procedure: Heat ingredients of phase A to 85°C while stirring. Add ingredients of phase A1 while stirring. Homogenize the complete water phase. Heat ingredients of phase B to 85-90°C. Emulsify ingredients of phase B to phase A while stirring. Add part C and homogenize. Cool down to room-temperature and add part D below 40°C while stirring. Properties: Appearance: black emulsion Viscosity: Approx. 50,000-100,000 mPas (Brookfield TF, speed 10) pH: 6.5-7.0 Stability: Stable for more than 3 months at 4°C, 20°C and 40°C.
