Procedure: Pre-mix Luxamul® in glycerine, add water then heat to 75-80°C. Combine phase B then heat till all solids are fully melted. Homogenise phase A until fully combined then pour phase B into phase A while homogenising, homogenise together for several minutes. Place on overhead mixer and mix at a slow speed until cooled to below 35°C. Combine phase C and stir until fully combined. Properties: Stability: Stable for 3 weeks at 50°C and 3 months at 40°C Appearance: Pale Beige Cream pH: 6-7 Viscosity: Brookfield DV-E RVHV-05 @ 10RPM, 20°C (±5°C) & Fill Size 100g: 15,000-30,000 cP

Procedure: In the main vessel mix phase A with propeller while heating to 60°C until homogeneous and clear. At 60°C, add phase B into A and mix until homogeneous. At 60°C, add phase C step by step in the main beaker while mixing until evenly dispersed. In a side beaker, homomix phase D until the gel is smooth while heating up to 60°C. At 60°C, add phase E ingredients into phase D one by one and mix well between each addition: phase D+E should be clear. At 60°C, introduce very slowly while homomixing phase D+E into phase A+B+C to create W/O emulsion. Start to cool down the batch. Stop at 25°C.

Procedure: Oil phase is added to the main mixing vessel 1. Combine A and heat to 75-80°C with mixing. Tare weighing vessel and add phase A water 2. Combine B and heat to 80-85°C with mixing. 3. Add A to B slowly with high shear mixing, once uniform, add C and start cooling 4. Continue mixing and add phase D below 65°C 5. Continue mixing and add phase E below 40°C. adjust for water-loss Properties: Appearance: Soft & lightweight, slightly yellow cream.
