better. GROW aims to help you to take control of your problems and to gain and maintain posi- tive mental health. Members attend a


weekly meeting lasting approximately 2 hours where a specific method and 12 Step Program is followed to enable them to learn the GROW Program and put it into practice. The first step is to become involved in your own mental health and GROW offers this to all who attend weekly meetings.
