Uncasville - Mohegan Sun is excited to announce the hiring of John Washko as Vice President of Exhibitions and Conventions Sales. John previous held executive level roles with Atlantis in Paradise Island, Bahamas, and at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO. In his new role, he will be involved with the sales and direction of the Mohegan Sun Expo Center, currently being built near the Earth Tower at Mohegan Sun.


MARYLAND


National Harbor - National Harbor has hired Brian Waters as Vice President of Marketing. Brian also will serve as the Executive Director of Visit National Harbor, the destination's convention and visitors association for the waterfront community. Before joining National Harbor, he led business-to-business mar- keting at Hilton, and prior to that, he spent nearly 15 years at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts.


NEW JERSEY


Atlantic City - MGM Resorts International has appointed Marcus Glover as the new President and Chief Operating Officer for the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa. Marcus will oversee daily operations for the property while also providing strategic direction and leadership.


Flemington - Ann Meredith has been hired as the new Executive Director of the Flemington Community Partnership, an


organization established to develop and implement a plan to revitalize local busi- nesses working in alliance with commer- cial building owners, retailers, civic lead- ers and municipal departments for the Borough of Flemington.

Garnet Valley - IMS Technology Services welcomed Paul Wedesky as COO of its Event Staging Team. Paul has dedicated over 30 years to supporting meetings and events in the trade show, associa- tion, and hospitality industries. In addi- tion, James Coughlin was recently hired as National Account Manager.


Jenkintown - Kimberly Hamm was named Director of Development and Alumni Relations at Manor College.


King of Prussia - The Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board welcomes Kristin Eichengreen as their new Sports Sales Manager. Kristin comes to the VFTCB from Hyatt House Plymouth Meeting, where she served as director of sales.


Philadelphia - Emily Knitter has recently been promoted to Event Manager for The Barnes Foundation.


Philadelphia - Gary Ted Abramson has joined the Palomar Hotel as their new Director of Catering.


Philadelphia - In preparation for the Four Seasons' much-anticipated return to Philadelphia, Ben Shank has been


appointed as General Manager of the new Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center. Ben started his career in hospitality nearly two decades ago at the original Four Seasons Philadelphia.
