thrilled to the Cyclorama and savored an array of delicious hors d’oeuvres. “Our chef can prepare anything, from simple box lunch to barbecue to full- service dinners,” reports Jeschke.

The main lobby is a preferred cocktail location and dinners usually are served in the Refreshment Saloon. Many wed- dings and receptions occur on the lawn. “When guests arrive, they are bowled over by the beauty of our space,” says Jeschke. “To enhance any event, we pro- vide living historians, period musicians and special behind-the-scene Cyclorama presentations. People go home with breathtaking discoveries and memories. They absolutely love it.”

ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks in Bethlehem is another awe-inspiring choice for event planners. SteelStacks is a 10-acre campus dedicated to arts, culture, family events, community cele- brations, education and more. Once the home plant of Bethlehem Steel, the site, which has been reborn through music and art, presents over 1,000 con- certs and eight festivals annually. The ArtsQuest Center provides floor-to-ceil- ing windows overlooking a spectacular blast furnace.

There is a venue on campus to match almost any planner’s dream. Air Products Town Square features two cin- emas, the Yuengling Musikfest Café, Fowler Blast Furnace Room, and the Sands Deck. The Visitor Center and Levitt Pavilion serve as two more avail- able spaces. Capital Bluecross Creativity Commons and the Lee and Stella Yee Family Connect Zone are dynamic spaces featuring superlative views and high tech space for presentations.

Susan Drexinger, vice president of hospi- tality and food services for ArtsQuest, thrives on the imaginative possibilities available to planners. “We can tie in an outside event with one of ours, such as the upcoming Oktoberfest (October 6-8, 13-15) and Christkindlmarkt (November 17-19, 24-26; November 30 - December 3, December 7-10, 14-17, 21-23).
