The ZED range of small format, USB-equipped mixers is designed to be flexible. The series comprises the ZED-10, ZED-14 and ZED-24 stereo mixers; the ZED-10FX, ZED-12FX and ZED-22FX containing a comprehensive and beautifully-crafted set of in-house designed FX; the ZED 4-bus range, designed for professional live sound applications which require more detailed EQ control, audio groups and matrix outputs; and the ZED-R16 dedicated recording mixer, which combines Firewire with multi-mode MIDI / audio faders, MIDI controls and ‘home-studio’ routing, enabling the user to build tracks in the studio or record a live gig, mix-down and remix.

The ProSpec line includes two 1U mixers intended for commercial AV applications. Also in the line are two 2U mixers, one of which includes the ability for automatic mic mixing. Both of these ProSpec models include six mic / line channels, each with a variable high pass filter linked to the channels low frequency EQ frequency setting. Limiters are provided on all primary outputs, stereo and USB digital line inputs and outputs are also provided. The very popular ProRack rack mounted consoles incorporate a wealth of professional features and exceptional performance into 10 rack spaces. Two models are available ProRack-House and ProRack-Monitor, the House version has 12 mono input channels and four dual-mono / stereo input channels; while the Monitor version is fitted with mono inputs for all 16 channels. The ProRack- Monitor can create eight stereo mixes plus two mono mixes all from a 10 space rackmount mixer. Intended for use in Production, AV and Contracting applications, ProDesk-4 and ProDesk-8 stress simple operation while providing uncompromised audio quality in a compact package. It is a direct derivative of the well received ProRack consoles and answers the request for a desktop version of this mixer with more inputs and an expanded master section and is available with 16, 24, 32, 40 and 48 input channels, including USB input and output. The Spectra Series are VCA based consoles with a feature set tailored to mid-level live performance applications. Available with 24, 32, 40, 48 and 56 mono input channels and with four additional stereo line-input channels. Within the Spectra family are two models which offer options in EQ facilities and additionally different connector options.

LIVE1, is the first Cadac compact console design. A fully specified, fully Cadac console, featuring the company’s renowned heritage analogue engineering, within a lightweight, affordable design, available in 16, 24 and 32 channel frame sizes. LIVE1 exploits the most modern design and manufacturing techniques to deliver a compact console series of previously unachievable quality and performance. Featuring a new microphone preamplifier design using latest engineering and component technologies, a field proven, proprietary four band EQ, with two swept mid sections to deliver the characteristic responsive and musical articulation that is the Cadac sound, and six fully assignable auxiliaries, the LIVE1 brings Cadac performance to small clubs and theatres, local hire companies, small to medium size touring productions, event productions, and AV presentations. The three LIVE1 models differ only in the number of inputs; the 1642 has eight mic and four stereo channels, the 2442 16 mic and four stereo channels, the 3242 24 mic and four stereo channels.

Crest’s X-Rack is recognised as one of the most sonically accurate and operationally quiet rack-mountable consoles in the audio industry. The X Series incorporates an extensive feature set into a modular design, which is designed to suit a range of applications including fixed installation, live, project studio, production facilities and broadcast. There are four models: the X 18R and X 18RM (14 mono and two stereo inputs); and the X 20R and X20RM (12 mono and four stereo inputs). The RM models are designed for monitoring and the R models for FOH applications. Standard features include long-throw faders, a four-band semi-parametric EQ, high quality mic pre-amps, and channel inserts. Individual circuit boards are used for each input channel and special consideration has been given to the rejection of unwanted ex- ternal signals, including the use of AES-recommended grounding procedures. The X 20RM boasts 12 mono and four stereo inputs, all with individual 48V phantom power switches and separate mic pres; a built in splitter system on all 20 XLR mic / line inputs; 12 monitor buses (configurable in mono or as stereo pairs); an 18dB per-octave high-pass filter on mono input channels; fully balanced XLR outputs and XLR balanced bus inputs; and a solo link system compatible with other X-Series rack mixers.
