Linee di confezionamento per piccoli e grandi formati
I macchinari all’interno delle linee di confezionamento Bocedi, studiate per assolvere anche le esigenze dei grandi formati, assicurano un imballaggio sicuro, ermetico e stabile al pro- dotto. Possono essere usati singolarmente oppure insieme e comprendono:
- sistema schiaccia-angoli per smussare gli spigoli delle scatole; - stendi-foglio per applicare una prima copertura in plastica sul pallet, ad una o più bobine in ciclo automatico per i diversi formati;
- reggiatrice orizzontale/verticale che permette di compattare e legare le scatole di piastrelle sul pallet per assicurare una maggiore stabilità durante il trasporto;
- metti-angolare che permette l’applicazione di profili in cartone sia sugli angoli verticali che orizzontali, preve- nendo così il danneggiamento dell’imballo primario, - incappucciatore a cappuccio elastico Stretch Hood o termoretraibile con possibilità di installare fino a 6/8 bobine in ciclo automatico per diversi formati; - forno di termo-retrazione (se necessario) regolabile su quattro lati in base alla dimensione del pallet, in grado di “cuocere” il film e farlo aderire al carico.
Packaging lines for small and big sizes
The set of machines included in the Bocedi packaging lines, specially designed to cater even for large sizes, guarantee a safe, hermetic and stable packaging of the product. It can be used individually or together and consists of: - smoothing sharped edges system, in order to smooth the edges of the boxes;
- sheet applicator in order to apply a first plastic cover on the pallet, with one or more reels in automatic cycle for different sizes;
- horizontal/vertical strapper that allows to compact and wrap the tile boxes on the pallet in order to ensure a greater stability during transport;
- carton corner applicator that allows the application of cardboard profiles on both vertical and horizontal corners and prevents any damage of the main packaging; - hood machine-stretch hood machine or shrink hood machine with the possibility to install up to 6/8 reels in automatic cycle for different sizes;
- shrink ring (if necessary) adjustable on the four sides according to the dimensions of the pallet, in order to “fix” the film and make it adhere on the load.
