Concept Stream - tecnologia di fusione degli adesivi
Concept Stream è la soluzione tankless di Robatech per la fusione e l’alimentazione di adesivi termoplastici in granuli. Il fusore è progettato per una produzione on demand e offre numerose possibilità d’impiego in diverse applicazioni industriali. Il consolidato Concept 5 con tecnologia GreenLine è alla base di questo processo di incollaggio efficiente in termini energetici e sicuro. Il fulcro del Concept Stream è il serbatoio innovativo, di dimensioni ridotte ma ad alte prestazioni, studiato per il massimo rendimento di fusione (8 kg/h). Con il suo ridotto ingombro, il nuovo fusore ha la potenza di un Concept 8, ma richiede molto meno spazio. Con la tecnologia Melt-on-demand è possibile determinare la potenza e la quantità di fusione esattamente in base al consumo. Grazie a questo flusso di adesivo controllato, si produce un minor numero di combustioni, i residui nel serbatoio si riducono in modo considerevole e si evita la maggior parte delle ostruzioni negli ugelli. Si allunga anche la durata del filtro con riduzione dei costi di gestione. Il tempo di riscaldamento a 160°C molto breve (solo 16 minuti) e la funzione standby assicurano una rapida disponibilità del sistema. Il monitoraggio del riempimento con l’innovativa protezione contro il funzionamento a vuoto ferma il sistema interrompendo l’erogazione di adesivo, evitando problemi dovuti a prodotti incollati impropriamente o del tutto privi di adesivo. Appartenendo alla gamma GreenLine, Concept Stream è inoltre ottimizzato in termini energetici. Grazie all’isolamento CoolTouch del serbatoio, della pompa e del distributore di colla, si ottiene un risparmio di energia superiore al 20% rispetto allo Standard Concept.
Il fusore può essere configurato per un riempimento automatico opzionale attrezzandolo, anche successivamente, con l’alimentatore di granuli RobaFeed: un punto in più in termini di sicurezza di Concept Stream.
Concept Stream - adhesive melting technology
Concept Stream is the “tankless” solution devised by Robatech for the melting and feeding of hot-melt adhesives in granules. The melting device has been designed for “on demand” production and is suitable for use in a very wide range of different industrial applications. The consolidated Concept 5 with GreenLine technology forms the basis of this energy-efficient and safe glueing process. The key component of Concept Stream is the compact yet highly efficient and innovative tank, designed to ensure the maximum melting output (8 kg/h). With its reduced overall dimensions, the new adhesive melter has the same power as a Concept 8 but requires far less space. With the Melt-on-demand technology, it is possible to set the exact melting power and the quantity of adhesive required. This controlled flow of adhesive means fewer combustion processes and considerably less residues in the tank. It also ensures a large reduction of nozzle blockages. The service life of the filter is also extended, meaning a reduction of operating costs.
The very short time required to heat up to 160 °C (just 16 minutes) and the standby function, ensure that the system is ready- for-use almost instantly. The filling level is monitored by an innovative protection device that stops the system from running empty and interrupts the supply of adhesive thus avoiding problems due to products that are incorrectly glued or totally lacking in adhesive. Concept Stream belongs to the GreenLine product range and is thus optimised in terms of energy efficiency: the CoolTouch insulation of the tank, the pump and glue dispenser allows an energy saving of over 20% compared to the Standard Concept melter.
It can also be configured to be fitted - also subsequently - with an optional automatic filling device, the RobaFeed granular feeder: yet another plus point of Concept Stream in terms of safety.
