Il fine linea Siti B&T Group comprende linee automatiche di scelta, confezionamento e palletizzazione. Le macchine modulari si possono interfacciare con sistemi di visione e veicoli a guida automatica e sono in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza impiantistica.
La movimentazione delle unità di carico - box, pianali o pallet - è affidata a veicoli a guida automatica con navigazione laser guidata (LGV): una tecnologia flessibile, affidabile e di semplice applicazione.
Partendo dall’esperienza decennale nella supervisione e nel controllo del traffico dei veicoli automatici LGV, il team Siti B&T Group sta sviluppando un software all’avanguardia in termini di flessibilità, efficienza e facilità di utilizzo. Il nuovo sistema di supervisione permette di sviluppare applicativi dedicati e adattabili ad ogni soluzione impiantistica, garantendo massima affidabilità e semplicità di installazione. L’interfaccia utente risulta facilmente personalizzabile, graficamente efficace e accattivante.
Nel campo della logistica, Siti B&T progetta e realizza soluzioni innovative che consentono di trasformare i tradizionali processi produttivi, mantenendo adattabilità, alta produttività e semplicità di gestione. Centinaia sono gli impianti installati con migliaia di veicoli automatici in funzione nel mondo, a testimonianza dell’alto livello tecnologico e dell’affidabilità dei prodotti offerti dal Gruppo. Altra grande novità è rappresentata da una nuova piattaforma software modulare in grado di rispondere alle esigenze del mercato in ottica Industry 4.0: supervisione d’impianto, connettività real-time con le macchine, raccolta dei dati con relativa storicizzazione e dislocazione su server interni e/o su Cloud, analisi dei dati di produzione e calcolo di prestazioni ed efficienza sono tutti moduli software che possono facilmente essere integrati tra loro, fornendo al cliente un “pacchetto di servizi” completo basato sul concetto di Industry 4.0. Lo stesso vale per i moduli legati all’efficienza energetica sia della
macchina che dell’impianto, oltre che ai software sviluppati in ottica Internet of Things (IoT) che permettono alle macchine di comunicare tra loro le esigenze produttive, così da ridurre sprechi e inefficienze.

The end-of-line of Siti B&T Group comprises automatic sorting, packaging and palletizing lines. The modular machines can interface with vision systems and automatic drive vehicles, and are able to satisfy any kind of plant requirements. Load units - boxes, loading beds or pallets - are handled by laser-guided automatic drive vehicles (LGV): a flexible, reliable, easily applied technology. Based on over a decade of experience in supervising and controlling the traffic of LGV automatic vehicles, the Siti B&T Group team is developing cutting-edge software in terms of flexibility, efficiency and user-friendliness. The new supervision system makes it possible to develop dedicated applications that can be adapted to all kinds of plant solutions, are simple to install and are able to guarantee maximum reliability. The user interface is easily customisable, with effective, appealing graphics. In the field of logistics, Siti B&T designs and produces innovative solutions that make it possible to transform traditional production processes that remain adaptable, simple to manage and able to guarantee high levels of productivity.
