The programme is ideal for students that may have experienced self confidence and self-esteem issues in a learning environment.
The programme is made up of the following elements: Business Administration, Employability Skills and Enterprise Challenge. There is also the opportunity to undertake work experience in this programme.
BUSINESS WITH ENTERPRISE BTEC First Extended Certificate
The business world offers no end of exciting career opportunities for anyone with the right skills, knowledge and aptitude. This wide-ranging one-year study programme is an ideal introduction to business, whether you want to embark on a business career or just keep your options open.
The course provides an insight into a broad range of subject areas including marketing, finance, law, online business and business purposes. The programme gives learners the opportunity to develop a broad range of knowledge and skills across the business spectrum.

You’ll be assessed through coursework and two externally set assessments. At every stage, you’ll have access to one-to-one tutor support. Learners will also take part in an enterprise challenge which is designed to improve their entrepreneurial and team working skills. This BTEC qualification will encourage you to develop your entrepreneurial know-how by creating a business plan and harnessing the skills which will help you to succeed in future business projects.
