CHECK OUT OUR FACILITIES

We have two bustling campuses in Barnstaple; one in Sticklepath and one in Roundswell.

We have secured over £20 million of investment to transform large parts of our campuses and support the delivery of excellent teaching and learning.

We recognise and highly value the importance of investing in our campuses, to ensure our students have the best possible experience at college in inspirational, modern and industry-standard facilities.

Here’s an example of just some of the fantastic facilities you’ll find at our North Devon Campus: Engineering Centre of Excellence

This exciting development provides a new building for engineering and manufacturing students, to meet growing local demand for specialist training and assessment.

The building includes high-tech CAD facilities, 3D printing, electronics design and assembly, a fabrication and welding workshop, CNC and manual machining and a bench fitting workshop.

Lifestyle and Tourism Centre

This brand new facility creates inspiring working environments for students on a wide range of courses, including hairdressing, beauty, tourism and catering. As well as a relaxing spa and walk-in hair and beauty salons, it houses a beautiful training restaurant – with stunning views across Barnstaple.

Gym and Fitness Studio

Students are welcome to join our gym which has an extensive range of Technogym equipment, or sign up to classes in our new fitness studio.

Food Hall & The Basement

We have two main eateries for students to choose from, serving a range of hot and cold foods from cooked breakfasts to pizzas, paninis and salads; there’s something to suit all tastes.

Spa & Sports Therapies Suite

Whilst at college, treat yourself in our Spa and Sports Therapies Suite. Student therapists are able to offer sports massages, chocolate hand therapies, bamboo back treatments, Indian head massages and much more.

Learning Technologies and Library Services

The campus has two main study areas; the Library and Study Centre. These areas are open to all students and staff and provide different learning environments for group and pair work, individual study and silent study.

Off Site - Brannams Campus

Our bricklaying and plastering courses are located on one side of this purpose-built building, which enables students to successfully complete large pieces of coursework in a realistic learning environment. With state-of-the-art recording booths, studios and a large performance area known as The Factory, the other side of Brannams is well suited to our full time music students. Performing Arts students also benefit from our dance studio and theatre facilities. Our specialist University Centre is also based here.
