Cats Network Calendar and Christmas Cards are now on sale across East Cork.

and cards will help the group to continue their work across the commu- nity.
Emily Peneau, the Com-
munity Cats Network said: “It will really help with our work, to neuter local cats and also help with the res- cue cats we save. It will all go towards the running of the group.” The group trap, neuter
and return (TNR) feral cats to protect the welfare of the stray cats, local pets and members of the com- munity.
It also assists some res-
cue cats that need vital medical assistance and this can be quite costly for the organisation. Calendars and cards
can be bought from the businesses around the East Cork area or from the group’s online shop.
“They can be found in Maxi Zoo Midleton, Mid- leton Vets, Cloyne Vets, Aghada Pharmacy, busi- nesses in Carrigtwohill, Ballycotton,

Whitegate and around the community,” Mrs Peneau explained. The calendar was de-
veloped and produced by the network with images of the cats they have saved throughout the year. Mrs Peneau said: “We

Christmas Sale for Cork Association for Autism

Greenville, Carrigtwohill hosting its annual
Christmas sale from 10am- 5pm today, Thursday, 15 December. The
horticulture at Greenville, which is
run by Cork Association for Autism, organises the Christmas sale each year, and welcome members of the public to attend and browse an assortment
of
plants, pottery pieces, and unique handcrafted Christ- mas gifts, which have been made by the CAA’s service users. There will be tea, cof- fee, and plenty of sweet and treats served on the day.
