I-PIX | MATRIX 25 www.i-pix.uk.com

The i-Pix Matrix 25 (M25) is a true multi-tasking lightsource. It can be highly effectively used as a low-resolution video wall or become a powerful, map-able array of LEDs in a wash device that is capable of arena scale illumination. It utilises homogenized 8° optics spaced at 150mm / 6-inch centres, coupled to 25 super-bright 40W RGB and daylight white light engines - ensuring that users get the most out of their pixels. All this and it is also flexible enough to be used as a very smooth wash lightsource with no hotspots. The i-Pix M25 is feature packed and includes an exceptionally smooth dimmer response / curve, with an 8-bit feed input re-scaled to 32-bit internally. A series of internal patterns and chases will help with quick setups when time is tight, and RDM is enabled on the fixture for the remote setup of all its operating modes, DMX addresses and fixture feedback facilities. Onboard Ethernet input reflects the growing everyday use of protocols like ArtNet and the integration of complex digital lightsources into large control networks. The five vertical battens in the M25 can be pivoted for wider beam dispersion if needed, and they also slide backwards and forwards for convex or concave positioning. Rigging the fixture is easy with quarter turn connections.

ILUMINARC | ILUMILINE LOGIC 36 www.iluminarc.com

Ilumiline Logic 36 is a linear LED wash light that features 36 1-W RGB LEDs with 25º by 6º optics for great wall washing or 120º LEDs without optics for intense yet discreet cove lighting. The 25º by 6º optics variant is ideal for wall grazing, highlighting artwork and wall hangings, mantels or textured walls. The 120º wide beam angle on the other provides coverage for indirect cove lighting, perfectly fitted for ledges, recesses and offers sleek, even lighting. Ilumiline Logic 36 features Plenum rated Belden 1585A power supply cable with RJ45 connector and a durable extruded aluminium construction with Integrated Cooling Enhancement design, or ICE, a process of amplifying cooling efficiency in the external aesthetics and internal components of the fixture. The fixture is compatible with all Logic system devices, including Logic 16x36, Logic 4x36 and Logic 1x36 drivers. Its lightweight construction, fully adjustable mounting feet and convenient dimensions - 3.9ft long by 2.2-inches wide by 2.9inches deep - allow for quick and easy installation. MARTIN PROFESSIONAL | MAC III AIRFX www.martin.com

The MAC III AirFX is a highly versatile, mid-air effects luminaire in Martin’s popular 1500W MAC III family. Capable of projecting a dense, hard-edge beam with stunning mid-air aerial effects, the fixture’s unique optical system allows it to adjust from a tight beam to a radiant wash instantly for greater design flexibility. Beam gobo projections can adjust along the entire zoom range for a refreshingly diverse variety of mid-air looks. And unlike other fixtures, light output is con- stant throughout the entire zoom range with a fully linear zoom that gives no visible beam jump from tight to wide. Super bright, the MAC III AirFX is powerful enough to cut through light from even the most powerful LED screens.

MIDAS | MIXTENDER IPAD APP www.midasconsoles.com

Midas has announced the launch of its eagerly-awaited Mixtender iPad app. Available now from the iTunes app store, Mixtender provides wireless remote control of the PR02 and PR02C digital mixing systems permitting an engineer to access fader levels and output GEQ remotely from an iPad. The app will also be available for the MIDAS PRO Series and XL8 digital systems upon the imminent release of v2.0 software. An impressive 64 input meters and 27 output meters can be viewed simultaneously in real-time on the ‘console overview’ screen, aiding fast channel navigation. Multiple iPads can be used on a single console simultaneously, and the mix engineer has the option to ‘lock’ each iPad so that it can only access one mix. This allows each performer to control their monitor mix on their own iPad, without making changes to any other area of the console. Mixtender also provides wireless remote control of all fader levels, including input faders, all bus contributions and masters, VCA, and uniquely, MCA fader levels, providing unprecedented mixing power from the Apple device. Remote control of the PR02’s onboard Klark Teknik DN370 graphic EQs, as well as input and output channel mutes, is also quick and easy using the iPad’s multi-touch interface.

ROBE | ROBIN ACTOR 6 www.robe.cz

This is a version of the Robin 600 LEDWash, which has been specifically developed for the theatre, performance and TV / broadcast industries due to mas- sive demand from those sectors for a fixed LED wash lightsource without motorised pan and tilt. This brand new product utilises all the proven and highly reliable technology of the moving Robin 600 LEDWash. The Actor 6’s pan and tilt can be altered mechanically for highly accurate focusing, and the fixture features the latest RGBW LEDs arranged in three concentric rings, all of which can be individually controlled. The zoom is an impressive 8º - 63º. Colours are pre-programmed using the virtual colour wheel, complete with the range of pure whites including - 2,700º and 3,200º tungstens, which perfectly simulate ‘red shift’ tungsten behaviour, complete with soft dimming curves.
