DAYS 1/2 – Fly to Bangalore Emirates fl ight from Heathrow via Dubai to Bangalore. Overnight at Fortune Select JP Cosmos.

DAY 3 – Mysore Visit to a private vineyard with wine tasting en route to Mysore. Visit the majestic Maharajah’s Palace and the Nandi Bull. Evening witness the palace illumination. 2 nights at Windfl ower Spa & Resort.
DAY 4 – Mysore Visit Somnathpur and the island of Srirangapatnam. Optional afternoon arts and crafts tour. The October Dasara Festival departure includes the elephant procession.
DAY 5/6 – Nagarhole National Park Drive to Nagarole for 2 nights at The Serai. Afternoon jeep safari in search of elephant and leopard. Boat safari on Kabini River and another Jeep safari spotting gaur (Indian bison), tiger. spotted deer, sloth bear, hyena and mongoose. Nagarhole is also home to over 300 species of birds.
DAY 7 – Ootacamund (Ooty) Travel to Ooty, the former British Raj hill station. 2 nights at the Savoy Hotel. Ride on the remarkable Nilgiri Mountain railway on a narrow gauge track from Ooty to Coonoor. On arrival in Coonoor, enjoy a tea tasting and lunch on a tea plantation. Afternoon botanical gardens tour in Ooty.
DAYS 9/10 – Kochi (Cochin) Traverse from Tamil Nadu to Cochin in Kerala for 2 nights at Vivanta by Taj – Malabar. Explore the “Queen of the Arabian seas” by visiting the Mattancherry Palace, Church of St. Francis and Chinese Fishing Nets.

Nestling among the verdant valleys of the Western Ghats, the district of Coorg (Kodagu) is one of the most captivating of India’s hill stations. The colonial British likened its landscape to that of Scotland; its expansive highlands and old world charm providing the perfect setting for their extensive coffee plantations.
DAY 11 – Kumarakom By road and boat to the Coconut Lagoon for 1 night. Lunch and afternoon backwater cruise through the canals and lakes.
DAY 12 – Thekaddy After a morning at leisure travel into the Kerala spice growing region for 1 night at the Spice Village in the hills of Thekaddy.
DAY 13 – Madurai
Jungle walk to enjoy the rich fl ora of the Periyar sanctuary. Afternoon spice plantation visit before dropping back down to the Tamil Nadu plains and atmospheric Madurai for 2 nights at Heritage Madurai.
