Programme details
This programme aims to provide engineers and industrial practitioners with an advanced specialism in petroleum and natural gas engineering and business management.
It will enable you to understand exploration, drilling, production and distribution and transmission of oil and gas from practical and theoretical viewpoints. The knowledge and skills acquired in problem solving in terms of development, design, business and economics management in oil and gas engineering assist graduates in making management or scientific decisions.
Graduates from the programme, based on the suitability of their entry qualifications, with a completed MSc degree may be eligible to join the Institution of Gas Engineers & Managers or Petroleum Engineering which may enable them to qualify as a Chartered Engineer.

Programme details
You will learn practical production skills alongside developing an understanding of the technologies that underpin future media and the production process. You will learn a set of specialist skills across a range of future media technologies, including 3D animation, broadcast engineering, audio and sound engineering and production, social and multimedia, and internet streaming of digital media content (eg, IPTV).
The programme has a mix of technological and production modules covering media technologies ranging from broadcast television to interactive media via mobiles. The engineering modules cover the skills and understanding used to create and deliver digital media content and the production modules encourage creative skills.
