This programme bridges the gap between the real estate and facilities management professions.


It aims to create high-calibre graduates who can think strategically with respect to property investment and also understand building performance issues at a technical level – attributes which are highly sought-after in the professional market worldwide. RICS accreditation has been applied for to allow exemption from the academic requirements in-line with our other facilities management and real estate programmes.
