Sure has been developed into a “robust and fl exible” system designed to meet the evolving business needs of broadcasters,
content owners, DVB operators and IPTV/OTT operators. Sure is essentially an OTT platform that aims to enable quick launches and supports various monetisation models, including SVOD, TVOD, AVOD and FAST. The new Selens Cart Workstation is made of CNC precision cut steel and aluminium that can bear a load of up to 200kg. Its top plate, bottom plate, handles, wheels and support columns are modular designs, and can be quickly assembled without tools. It includes multiple universal holes for a variety of professional uses such as a DIT workstation or mounting kit for fi lm and television camera crews. These allow it to be fi tted with light stands, 1/4in or 3/8in accessories, or heavy-duty gimbals, to meet a variety of usage scenarios. The cart’s
four corners are M28 standard interfaces compatible with accessories such as C stands. The workstation can also mount a wide variety of light stands, as well as accessories such as bowl mounts (including 100mm and 150mm bowl adaptors), tripod holders, monitor brackets (including swivel arms), grip arms and clamps.
It comes with heavy-duty universal wheels to cope with a wide variety of road surfaces. 12.D67
THUNDERBOLT EXPANSION STRIKES AGAIN

The newest members of Sonnet’s family of Thunderbolt-to-PCI Express expansion systems are on show: Echo II DV Desktop, Echo II DV Rackmount, Echo II DV Module and xMac Studio/Echo II DV. Each enables the use of two high-performance, bandwidth- hungry PCIe cards operating at maximum performance at the same time with computers equipped with Thunderbolt ports. Sonnet says this doubles the available bandwidth compared to what was previously offered in multi-slot PCIe card expansion chassis.
