Four stands at IBC2024 are using Disguise’s End-to-End Broadcast Studio system to demonstrate workfl ows from concept to fi nal delivery. In Hall 3, INFiLED selected the Disguise Porta graphics controller to enable the playout of all graphics types, from motion graphics to LED, AR, or XR, all from a single interface. The Disguise VX 4+ and VX 2+ is powering Roe Visual’s stand in Hall 7 equipped with patented IP-VFC technology, enabling a full SMPTE ST 2110 workfl ow from the media servers to Ruby LED panels.

Preview Distillery, due to go live with the fi rst customer early next year, automatically creates representative preview clips from live broadcast and on-demand video content, with help from AI and machine learning. Martin Prins, Head of Product, Media Distillery, said: “People don’t buy AI; they buy solutions to their problems. You have a lot of video services to choose from, but you only have three hours in the evening to watch content. We see that as the biggest challenge for our customers: how
do you keep viewers engaged?” Roland Sars, Co-founder and Managing Director of Media Distillery, said: “We’ve never lost a customer”, adding that the company is building partnerships with the wider ecosystem, while expanding into different geographies outside of Europe.” “Soon, we’ll be signing initial customers in the Middle East and in Latin America,” he continued, noting that VTR Chile is already on board. “We started our business development just a few months ago in Asia.
