OB7 TRUCK READY TO ROLL Antenna Hungária BY KEVIN EMMOTT
Hoping to drive visitors to experience its full-service OB production and transmission facilities, Antenna Hungária is showing its 18-camera OB7 unit in the Outside Exhibits area. Capable of recording in 4K/UHD and handling HDR cameras, the 16.5m OB7 features a 5.1.4 Dolby Atmos surround sound system and up to 20 workspaces. It boasts a Sony MVS-8000X multiformat switcher with a 3ME control panel, a Lawo mc²56 MKII audio console, Riedel Artist comms system and a
Grass Valley multiviewer. Antenna Hungária is involved in more than 1700 productions per year, ranging from sports and cultural events, through public events and television broadcasts to internet streaming. OB7 is part of a fl eet of 12 OB vans, one SNG truck and two radio OB trucks providing HD or 4K broadcast production services. This year, it has worked on the 2024 EHF Men’s European Championship in Hamburg, the EHF Final4 Women 2024 in Budapest and the Donauinselfest 2024 in Vienna. 0.A21
