Welcome to the March 2026 edition of Personal Care Magazine. Some say that Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year but, in my humble opinion, spring runs it mighty close. The dark, cold, short and
soggy days have gradually made way for warmer, longer, and drier times. There’s a thrill in anticipation of lazy summer days
and nights ahead. Long runs feel easier, and those of us with green fingers can get digging, sowing and mowing. Spring, of course, also sees some of the biggest
personal care trade shows in the world – all of which we will be attending and exhibiting. First up is PCHi in Hangzhou, China on 18-20
March. We have the honour of being the media partner of the International Ingredient Technology and Frontier Trends Conference session, which includes presentations from representatives of
Evonik, Gattefossé, Lucas Meyer Cosmetics by Clariant, Symrise and Provital. The session, which takes place at 13:30-16:30
on 18 March, will also feature a panel discussion moderated by yours truly. We will have a stand at the Hangzhou Grand
Convention and Exhibition Centre – 6K25 – manned ably by publisher Geoff King and business manager Chris Vincent. After that, the next show for us will be in-
cosmetics Global, which we preview in-depth on pages 21-32, including the Personal Care Magazine- supported Formulation Lab. We will send our biggest ever team to next
month’s Paris show, at stand 1L108, where we will also debut the brand newLittle Book of Skin Care Volume 6.
The final installment in our spring trilogy will be
the New York Society of Cosmetic Chemists Suppliers’ Day on 19-20 May, where we will moderate the World of Chemistry conference track. Great times ahead! Enjoy the magazine.
