Procedure: Weigh A1, place under rotor-stator agitation and add A2. Allow to agitate for 20 minutes to deploy the gel. Add A3 and allow to agitate for 10 minutes. Weigh B in parallel, heat gently if necessary to melt the Fluidifeel. Make an emulsion under rotor-stator agitation. Place under a deflocculator for cooling. Add the other phases one by one during cooling, homogenizing between each addition.

Procedure: Heat A to 75 °C. Premix B then add it under high agitation for 10min. Add C under high agitation for 5min. Heat D to 75°C then add D1 just before emulsification. Emulsify D into ABC under emulsifying device 2000 RPM for 10 min. Cool down to 25 °C while soft mixing. Add components from E to I one by one till total homogenization while soft mixing. Adjust pH 5.0 - 6.0.

Procedure: In a main vessel, mix and heat phase A to 70-75°C. In a separate vessel, mix phase B to 70-75°C. Once phase B powders completely dissolve, homogenize for 5 minutes. Continue mixing phase B at 70-75°C. At 70-75°C, under high mixing agitation, slowly add phase B to phase A. Homogenize for 5 minutes or until uniform. Continue with moderate mixing and cool down to ≤ 32°C. Properties: Viscosity (LV4/12) = 30,000 - 50,000 cPs Suppliers: 1. MMP 2. Cobiosa 3. Sisterna 4. Jover

Procedure: Weigh allantoin, glycerin and water and heat to 70°C. During mixing and heating, sparkle the carbomer at high stirring. Weigh all phase B ingredients and heat to 70°C. Once both phases are at 70°C, blend phase B into phase A and let cool down the mix by continuing stirring. When the emulsion is at 40°C, adjust the pH with 20% NaOH solution until pH = 5. Directly after, sprinkle Aristoflex AVC and increase the stirring speed. When the emulsion is at room temperature, adjust the pH to 5,5-6 by adding NaOH 20% solution. Add the remaining ingredients of phase D.
