Procedure: Weight demineralized water. Weight B, add the mix in demineralized water and mix until the gel formation (1500 rpm 5min) • Add C and mix 2 min (1500 rpm). Warm A+B+C at 70°C. Weight the D phase and melt it at 70°C. Add D inside A+B+C under mixing to create the emulsion (3 min 3000 rpm). Let cool under high shear (10 min 3000 rpm). At 30°C add the perfume and dyes. Properties: pH : 5.83

Procedure: Disperse Sucrose Stearate into the glycerin. Add the other ingredients of phase A and heat to 75 °C. 2. Mix ingredients of phase B separately and heat to 75°C. 3. Add phase B to phase A very slowly while homogenising. 4. Cool down to 40°C and add phase C. 5. Pour into packaging whilst the mixture is at 40°C.

Procedure: Begin heating water to 80°C and add Phase A ingredients one by one, mixing each until uniform. Combine Phase B ingredients, and heat to 80 – 85°C until melted. Add Phase B to Phase A under agitation and mix at high speed until emulsion is uniform. Cool to 45°C or under with mixing. Pour into containers. Properties: Stability: Three months at 50°C, three months at room temperature, three freeze/thaw cycles.

Procedure: Combine phase A ingredients with mixing and heat to 75-80°C. Add phase B with rapid stirring. Once completely homogeneous (allow 20-30 minutes) add phase C with gentle mixing then allow to cool to 60-65°C. Add preservatives and adjust pH with citric acid solution. Add fragrance and colorants. Place in water bath at 85C with no stirring for 30 minutes to remove air bubbles. Pour in moulds while hot and allow to cool. Properties: Appearance: Clear jelly with copper colored glitter; pH: 5.5-6.0; Viscosity: Thick bouncy jelly; Stability: 12 weeks, 45°C, 20°C, 5°C, and 3F/T Cycles 3. Innospec 4. Azur 5. Sun Chemicals
