Procedure: Prepare phase C by dissolving Citric Acid and Disodium Phosphate in water. Mix Niacinamide and Glucosyl Naringin. Adjust to pH 5.0 with Citric Acid (10%aq.). Prepare Phase A and heat to dissolve at ca.75°C. Prepare Phase B and heat to dissolve at ca.75°C. Add Phase C and mix. Emulsify phase A and B at 75°C with a homogenizer (4500 rpm / 3 minutes). Mix Phase D with a homogenizer (4500 rpm / 6 minutes). Cool to ca.30°C. Properties: Appearance: White cream; Properties: pH5.0-5.5

Begin heating phase AB to 80°C. 3) In separate beaker, combine phase C and heat to 80°C. 4) When both phases are homogenous and at temperature, slowly add phase C to phase AB. 5) Begin cooling beaker with phase ABC to 40°C. 6) Once cool, make a premix with phase D ingredients. Procedure: Weigh out Phase A and mix until dissolved. Add Phase B individually with mixing. Start heating to 50°C. At temperature add Phase C and mix until dissolved, maintain temperature at 50°C. Add Phase D and mix until dispersed and uniform. Add Phase E and stir. Then homogenise until uniform emulsion. At below 40°C, add Phase F and mix until uniform. Pre-mix Phase H until dissolved. Then add to main batch and mix until uniform. Adjust pH with Phase H if necessary.
